You may use this form to report exempt income earned on tribal land if you are a tribal member.

Fully Exempt Income
If you are a tribal member and all your income is exempt from Montana income tax, this form will serve as your return. You do not need to file a Montana Form 2.
Partial Exempt Income
If only part of your income is exempt from Montana income tax, you will need to include this from along side your Montana Form 2.
